marta. offers a platform for caregivers from all over Europe to match with families who need help in caring for their loved ones. In doing so, we are addressing a problem that is becoming increasingly important: Europe's aging population and the emerging nursing crisis.

The market today is still largely analog and highly dysfunctional. Care is inadequate and caregivers often earn too little. Our goal is to bring transparency to this opaque market and empower caregivers to deal with their daily challenges with services that make their lives easier.

We address problems that every family with elderly relatives faces - by improving care through technology and giving patients the opportunity to age in dignity in their familiar environment.

Tasks

  • Own the funnel from the incoming request for a caregiver to the recurring replacement of personnel
  • Make strategic decisions and prioritize within the functional areas of Account Management and Recruiting
  • Challenge Processes and Tools to increase the number of our live caregivers
  • Guide and set OKRs for your team
  • Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in business decision-making
  • Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting structure
  • Present models, findings and insights to the founders to drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales team, as well as marketing, product and other central functions, to ensure that insights inform broader strategic initiatives
  • This role demands excellent stakeholder and project management skills, as well as the ability to both plan and execute projects of varying time horizons and scope with minimal guidance
  • The Operations team owns functional business strategies as well as local market strategies, and your team will be responsible for monitoring, correcting, and executing business processesBuild and expand a supporting multinational operations team as marta grows

Requirements

  • 1 - 4 years experience of investment banking / consulting / business intelligence / strategy or related experience; some high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • Pragmatic Problem solving skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills.
  • Strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • A “driver” personality - biased toward action, great collaborator and master disambiguator/simplifier - constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
  • Exceptional Excel / data management skills.
  • Self-motivated, works independently and possesses strong organization and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • SQL Proficiency strongly preferred
  • At least C-level English and B-Level German skills
